3M™ ElectroCut Film is a clear, colored acrylic film that is often used to replace screen-printed inks to create background text and logos for retro-reflective signs. Series 1170 films are compatible with a variety of 3M™ reflective films used for permanent traffic signs. Coated with a clear pressure-sensitive adhesive, this film includes a special liner designed to facilitate touch cutting when using cutters. This film offers retroreflective performance equal to or greater than that of screen-printed films with transparent inks.
