Black Mamba FHG High Tack is made of single-component
MSpolymer adhesives. This adhesive reacts with ambient humidity and provides optimal sealing even under pressure. The advantage of this adhesive is its fast skin formation and polymerization speed, where 100% of the material is active. It is recommended to use this product in temperatures between -40 and 140°C; however, optimal qualities are achieved between 5 and 35°C. Shrinkage is 1%, and elongation at break can reach 400%, allowing it to withstand impacts, vibrations, and peeling. This product is resistant to water, UV rays, yellowing, as well as aggressive environments such as alkalis, diluted acids, polar solvents, oils, and humidity.

Features:

- Easy application by manual extrusion or with a compressed air gun.
- Curing occurs at room temperature.
- Joints: Adhesive applied in 10 minutes with a spatula at 20°C & 50% relative humidity.
- Bonding: substrate applied in 15 minutes at 20°C & 50% relative humidity.
- Adheres without primer.

No longer use PL adhesive for outdoor installation for signs or "channel letters". In winter, water can infiltrate between the wall and the signs, resulting in the PL adhesive bursting. With Black Mamba FHG, this adhesive remains flexible even on concrete.

Black Mamba FHG High Tack is recommended for the following substrates:
- Metal – aluminum, steel, and other alloys
- Engineering plastics – ABS, PMMA, PVC, and more
- Glass and laminated glass
- Composites
- Powder coating applications

A high-performance applicator gun is recommended for this product.
