Weld-On® 55 is a transparent, two-component, reactive polyurethane adhesive free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). With an extended working time of 5 to 6 minutes, it cures at room temperature to form transparent and extremely durable bonds within hours. Resistant to UV fading, it offers excellent shear and impact strength.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Effective for bonding a wide variety of thermoplastics together, including: polished acrylic, cellulose acetate butyrate (filler), polycarbonate, PETG, ABS, PVC, polyurethane and foam boards.

BONDING RECOMMENDATIONS
Although Weld-On 55 is recommended for many applications in the signage industry, it is particularly well-suited for:

Butyrate and polycarbonate packing in letter channel applications.
A wide variety of ABS on PETG bonding in plastic manufacturing.
